Camera Management

The Camera Management services involve a thorough assessment of current camera systems and the development of policies and coaching plans to enhance driver performance. Daily reviews of camera events monitor driver behaviors, and direct coaching feedback is provided to improve safety compliance. The services also include data analysis to track behavior trends, effectiveness of coaching, and reporting on risk mitigation plans. Management coaching is provided to foster a culture of safety, with monthly reviews with management of camera events ensuring continuous improvement.

Monthly Driver Training

Driver Education Network Training offers structured training setup and scheduling, ensuring all drivers receive regular onboarding and monthly safety training. Training is automatically scheduled and delivered on the first Monday of each month, with reminders sent each Monday until completed. Compliance is tracked through monthly reports. On-demand remedial training is available for drivers involved in safety events to address and correct specific behaviors. The system's automated scheduling and reminder features reduce administrative burden and enhance training efficiency. 

Loss Control Services

The Loss Control Services focus on a comprehensive review of operational efficiency, safety management practices, and policy compliance. Services include the enhancement of safety programs through review of management processes, driver qualification reviews, and training program refinement. Technology integration, such as telematics and cameras, is reviewed for monitoring unsafe behaviors, and maintenance protocols are strengthened with standardized checklists and forms. Continuous support is provided with detailed recommendation reports, guidance for implementation, and ongoing re-evaluation to ensure effective strategy adjustments. 

Compliance Services

The Compliance Services provided by Ultralus include a comprehensive onboarding process where all pre-hire steps, such as DOT application completion and pre-screening activities, are managed. The setup ensures continuous maintenance of DOT CSA and FMCSA Clearinghouse portals, regular updates of driver licenses and physical examinations, and annual reviews of MVRs and FMCSA queries. Additionally, support services include assistance with MCS 150 updates, CSA monitoring, and audit support to ensure full compliance with DOT regulations.
